Our Downtown is seeing so many changes that will attract more conventions, events, development and tourism that I think many will want to stay. Our city is diverse with affordable first time homes all the way to Luxury Penthouses, all styles of which I have sold. Seller reviewPatricia O'Callaghan turned out to be the exact person we needed to sell our 5 properties. Not only did they sell for top dollar, but they also sold quickly. She was very professional and very patient. As with anything there are always unexpected issues that come up after inspections, appraisals, etc., but Patricia took care of everything that needed addressed, chased down things that needed chased down, and made the whole process much easier on us. We would highly recommend Patricia O'Callaghan for any real estate sale or purchase. There is no way we can every thank her enough.
