Our Downtown is seeing so many changes that will attract more conventions, events, development and tourism that I think many will want to stay. Our city is diverse with affordable first time homes all the way to Luxury Penthouses, all styles of which I have sold. Seller reviewPatricia was my realtor when I bought this house in 2005. She was so outstanding then, that I never considered using anyone else. I had an offer 2 hours after listing, 11 showings and 6 offers the next day. Ultimately went with the first folks who raised their offer $5K. Anytime I had a question about any aspect of the sale, Patricia texted me back immediately.
