Real Estate is about relationships. Local to Spokane and having 20+ years in Real Estate has helped me become the confident, outgoing realtor that I am today. Spokane is Rich with Architecture, Beautiful Parks and amazing neighborhoods. Our Downtown is seeing so many changes that will attract more conventions, events, development and tourism that I think many will want to stay. Our city is diverse with affordable first time homes all the way to Luxury Penthouses, all styles of which I have sold. Downtown Lofts and Mixed use is a passion that will always peek my interest due to it's creative edge, yet seeing the smile on a "new home" buyer or "just sold" seller will always bring me joy. Seller reviewPatricia had a solid knowledge of the neighborhood with no negative biases about it. I call this a "fresh eye"to the neighborhood and not a Spokane attitude about it. She also didn't push the "quick sale" approach that younger realtors kept insisting should drive the sales price. She actually listened to us about what we wanted to get out of the sale. Our house sold very quickly. Our challenge was vacating the house. Miranda O'Csllaghan seamlessly took over on issues when Patricia was not available. She also was calm, clear and a good communicator during the sale process. Patricia's marketing assistant did an amazing write up of the property. Friends in Chicago and D.C. said that no realtors in their area would ever market a property so well Patricia and her sales team are the reason for our positive sales experience.
