Seller reviewI chose Century 21 All Points as my real estate company because of its long standing in the community. I went on the agency's website to look for an agent. My instincts said to chose Patricia Piepul. This was one of the best decisions I have recently made. Pat is a responsible & knowledgeable individual in her field. She was always immediately available, at my convenience, either by text/email, phone or in person. Her directions toward the sale of my home were on target. She was very patient with her explanations especially with my many questions & concerns. Pat is very personable & professional and it showed repeatedly as she had to continually keep the buyer's agent, lender & lawyer on task! Seller reviewPatricia Piepul goes above and beyond for her clients! From our initial conversation, right through to the closing, she was there for me. She did not consider her job done once the contract was signed. Several challenges arose during the pre-closing process, and she navigated all of them superbly and got everyone successfully to the closing table. Without her representing me, I don't know if the closing would have even happened. She actively communicated with me on every matter. Her dedication, knowledge of the market and ability to work the closing process is invaluable.
