I found her back in 2017 looking for a rental and as my life changed over the years, she adjusted with the best of ease and guidance to support. She got me in my dream home after countless years of searching. My priorities changed again but she never hesitated to help and guide me through determining renting or selling my home. In the end, I decided to sell and Patty helped me sell my home at a take-home profit allowing me to now live debt free with an extra cushion in the bank. Patty is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable; her planning and execution for the sale of my home went above and beyond and I would not have had the success I did without her. Patty allowed me to concentrate on where I was headed instead of getting overwhelmed with where I was. She never faultered, explaining everything along the way and made me feel confident and comfortable in the process. Moving from the mainland to Hawaii was challenging in every way but we did it in only two months due to her tanacity, expertise and wisdom to keep me balanced through the selling process.
