Seller reviewPatrica Them was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she was a joy to work with. Every time we would mention ANYTHING that we were worried about. Pat would answer my text immediately and tell me not to worry, she'd take care of it. The selling of our farm after it being in the family since the 1950's was a huge undertaking. Pat guided us through the whole procedure so that we always felt calm and cared about. I think the best thing about Pat was her professional knowledge and her loving personality. We shall miss her!
