Seller reviewWhen we first met Patricia at a neighbor's open house, we were immediately impressed with her friendliness and knowledge. We had no plans of selling our home at that time but connected with her later when she was selling another neighbor's home. We had decided on a move out of state, but bringing that dream to fruition was a two year process. Amazingly, Patricia stuck with us the whole journey: from dream, to coming to market, to selling our home. She found creative solutions to obstacles we faced and even helped us with some issues unrelated to the sale of the house. I appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile and her cheerful attitude and encouragement. Even after we packed our last pod and found we couldn't take everything, she helped set up a pick up from Habitat For Humanity and was there to meet them when they received our donations the day before closing. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly realtor, I recommend you look no further than Patricia.
