My interest in real estate is to assist you in locating the house that will become your home. Whether you are buying your first home, starting a life together, growing your family, or experiencing the "empty nest" syndrome, my desire is to help you find the house you will turn into a home.
In 2014 I received the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation from the National Association of Realtors® for completing the required 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subject including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction.
In 2018 I received the Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA) and Accredited Buyer's Representative(ABR) Designation from the National Association of Realtors® by completing the required hours of Continued Education classes.
As a Multi-Million Dollar Producer (2009, 2011-2020) and receiving the Quality Service Award (2009, 2011-2015, 2017), let me put my experience to work for you. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease and helped me understand where I otherwise didn't or wouldn't have as a nervous, somewhat intimidated first time home buyer. Again, I felt very comfortable in dealing with him and he was not high pressure either, which really helped! Would definitely recommend Pat to anyone on either end of property/home buying/selling.
