Could not have been more pleased by Patrick's performance in ALL THE ABOVE aspects on a scale of 1-10 I would give him an 11, no lie, he made the experience better than I could ever imagine!
I have been involved in every facet of Real Estate , appraiser, broker, landlord, management, etc., for over 40 years dealing with hundreds if not thousands of brokers, I would place him in the top 3, no lie,overall in every facet of the process.
On a scale of 1-10 overall I would give him an 11!, always there when needed, prompt, courteous, professional, pleasant and knowledgable just to name a few....I would, and will, recommend him to anyone looking for or selling real estate in the area with the utmost confidence!
