I needed a realtor with a depth of experience and detailed insight to assist in purchasing a land parcel adjacent to the Lyre River Conservation Area (LRCA). LRCA is a large holding created by the North Olympic Land Trust, and preserves trails through some outstanding older forest plus habitat for the elk herds. To many who move here, it is critical that we protect the nature that attracts us and will make this an outstanding home for future generations, of both humans and wild creatures.
