Patti is a native Californian and is currently residing in the City of Azusa since 1987. After graduating from Arcadia High School/Class of 1967, she boldly started in the business work force, while taking accounting courses at Citrus Junior College. She also attended a series of UCLA Extension courses in order to obtain a Certified Financial Planner License.
After serving a 36-year career for a major financial institution and attaining a title as Vice-President, she decided to take an early retirement in 2003. During her tenure, she obtained a securities investment license, notary license, and a life insurance/annuity license. Her last 17 years was devoted to all types of consumer and commercial loans, Real Estate Purchase and refinance loans, Commercial lending products as well as managing 425+ clients with assets totaling over $130 million.
Going forward with her life, she decided to obtain her Real Estate license in 2005 and apply her true passion of helping people live the American dream of home ownership. She is a member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors.
In her spare time, Patti conducts fund-raising events for her favorite charities. She enjoys her membership of "Corvette's Limited", a local Corvette enthusiast club that promotes fund-raising for charitable organizations, conducts car shows, and attends car rallies and various events. Patti is also an active member of the Azusa Woman's Club and the Red Hat Society. Her interests are dancing, dining out, cooking, socializing, interior decorating, attending concerts, movies and theater. She also enjoys listening to all types of music, watching golf, riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, and attending car and boat races. She is a huge lover of all animals, especially dogs, cats and horses.

I've known Patti since we were 9 yrs old, grew up together. The property she sold was my brothers, who passed away unexpectedly . Since I live in Oregon it was almost impossible to clear out his possessions. Patti stepped in and helped me far and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend using Patti Tris for all your real estate needs. She is highly knowledgeable and keeps the client first. She watches out for your needs and makes sure you are covered by going over all the details and that you understand them. Don't use anybody else or else you do it at your own peril.
