Business Philosophy I love calling Atlanta home. Growing up in Dunwoody in the 70s and 80s. I have watched a dramatic transformation of this beautiful city. My passion for real estate developed as a child. I watched my dad buy land and build strip malls. Which at the time no one thought people would shop at. Little did they know...that one would be on every corner today. I credit much of my success to the value of hard work he instilled upon me as a child and to my loving and supportive family. I am a dedicated full time Realtor. Background I have a extensive sales and marketing back ground. After graduating from Brenau University. I became a sales supervisor for a national broker. I managed the health and beauty care lines for national and Fortune 500 companies. In addition to my marketing and sales experience. I have a background in interior design and home staging. I am a knowledgeable agent in all aspects of the business. Seller reviewPatty suggested an Open House which I was not in favor of doing in our price point. But I did it anyway, she got the sale at the open house and technically sold the home in 5 days (started negotiations, paperwork, stipulations, etc.) She takes all calls, addresses all issues and worked very hard for the seller. Definitely, would use Patty again for my next Real Estate transaction.

Buyer reviewPatty Medina has been our broker for several transactions now over the last couple of years. Whether you're buying, selling or renting, she can do it all! Patty helped us sell our home almost two years ago. She helped us stage the home and even went so far as to go shopping to help me update a few things to make the home show it's best. ABOVE and BEYOND! Patty helped us locate a rental while our daughter finished high school. She made me feel comfortable with the renting process and helped us broker the best deal for us. Patty was there for the pre-move inspection and made sure everything was capture. She helped us with movers, etc. ALWAYS ABOVE and BEYOND! When we were ready Patty helped us find a builder and location within our budget. The builder/sales was very difficult to deal with. Patty took the reigns and handled all the communication. She held the builder accountable for their commitments. Patty attended every builder meeting and inspection. She even did the job of the sales agent - helped us with exterior selections when the builder sales agent wasn't helping. This is just one of so many examples of Patty going ABOVE and BEYOND for her clients. I am more than happy to be a reference for Patty Medina at CENTURY 21 Results Realty anytime she needs it.
