With a background in the hospitality industry, Patty's journey began in Pittsburgh, where she honed her skills in renowned restaurants, country clubs, and hotels. It was during this time that she met her husband, Bob, and together they embarked on a journey across the Southeast, residing in various vibrant cities such as Atlanta, Columbia, Pawleys Island, Charlotte, and Asheville.
Through her personal experiences of moving and starting anew, Patty developed a deep understanding of the challenges and excitement that come with finding new acquaintances, making friends, buying and selling homes. Having navigated through four successful home transactions, she has firsthand knowledge of the process and is committed to going above and beyond to meet the wants and needs of her clients.

Family is of utmost importance to Patty, and she considers herself fortunate to have raised two remarkable children, Robert and Victoria. Robert is currently studying Mechanical Engineering at NC State University, showcasing his passion and commitment to the field. Meanwhile, Victoria recently graduated as the top scholar from AB Tech Middle College and will be attending UNC Charlotte in the fall of 2023 to pursue a degree in Psychology. Her academic achievements and drive for excellence set a solid foundation for her future endeavors in the field.
Currently based in South Asheville, Patty is captivated by the area's small-town charm. She appreciates the continuous growth and the abundance of restaurants, breweries, festivals, shopping, and entertainment options available just a stone's throw away. The neighborhoods in South Asheville offer beautiful surroundings, complete with sidewalks, walking trails, and a range of living options such as condominiums, apartments, and 55 and older communities.
