Seller reviewWe were looking for somebody who could give that extra push to sell our house, so we were looking for somebody who was knowledgeable about the area and also take it as his/her own property and get it sold as fast as one could at a good price. Paul suggested the changes we needed to do and fix things ahead of time which helped not only sell our house fast but also at a good price. We had not been able to sell the house with our prior realtor for almost a year. But, when we got in touch with Paul, he jumped right in the process to make it smooth and successful. We were able to get contract on our house within 12 weeks and that during the pandemic. Very impressive!! Thanks Paul!!!
