Buyer reviewPaul went above and beyond when it came to showing me properties, negotiating repairs and pricing alike, and being diligent and communicative throughout the process. After purchasing the property the job did not end there for Paul. He saw the sellers did not live up to their end of cleaning and repairs. Not only did he have professionals come through to finish to job, but he personally helped and oversaw the cleaning and finishing of repairs to make sure it was done to his standard. He went above and beyond. His quality of character, meticulous communication, and desire to see the process through to completion was second to none. Paul is the man!
