Seller reviewI've known Paul over 11 yrs now and would highly recommend him to anyone. Paul has been great in the process of buying my home, selling my home purchasing another home and also spearhead the building of my daughter's home. Paul is extremely knowledgeable in every step of the process of buying and selling my homes and if there is ever anything he doesn't have an answer to believe, before the day is over he'll have an answer for you! He's always on top of things and there every time we called or texted! He's consistent in his profession and gives 100%, I can't say enough about this guy!! He's great and up front about everything!! Definitely recommend Paul to anyone!!

Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer I was put in contact with Paul when inquiring about another property found while independently looking through the sites. Paul help explain the overall home buying process and correct misconceptions I had given the fast pace of the local market. He was able to help me set up search to find homes matching the area I was looking, my finances and other preferences. Once I found places of interests he was able to quickly get them scheduled for a walk through the next day. Finding a place I like, Paul was able to get the offer together and in touch with the seller such that I had an accepted bid that night. After that the process was fairly smooth Paul and his associates took care of most of the paper work and quickly answered any questions I had. He was able to provide good recommendations for services and inspectors needed with the expected cost lower than expected. In the end we were able to get everything set up and through closing without any problems. Overall I am happy with my purchase and buying experience and would highly recommend Paul for those looking to purchase a new home.
