As a first time home seller, one can imagine being a bit skeptical to anyone that really WANTS to help you in your sale. I did my homework looking through brokers and their reviews. Paul was a shining star in the night sky. All these other stars shined, sure, but to me Paul shined bright. His reviews from people like me were amazing. I sent Paul an email late one night and by 8:00 the next morning I had received a phone call from him. To make a long story short, The experience was very pleasant. We cleaned like madness and made our home look as presentable as possible. He hired a fantastic photographer that took pictures I kept for an album they were that impressive. He was easy to talk to in the sense that i had no idea what my home was worth and we could discuss it without any pressure. In my mind, i thought id have a few people a day come for a few days and then interest would taper off. That was my honest opinion. Paul kept telling me, just wait. Boy was he right. My house went on the market on a Friday morning. I had almost 50 different viewings my first day. The weekend brought over 100 more for viewings. All told, by Monday afternoon over 250 different couples, and individuals with their brokers had come and seen our home. Our street looked like we were having a block party at our house at one point as we watched with the neighbors at the action that was happening across the street. It was unbelievable. Tuesday morning I had 15 offers to comb through and we settled on the best one. The transaction went very smooth, We were in touch with the buyer and their broker on a daily basis. Paul always kept me in the know of everything that was going on and why. In the end, I sold my home after 3 days on the market. I received $11,000 more than my asking price. We cried our tears together when we left and have now moved on with life. Because of Paul, my new wife and i were finally able to get married after years of engagement. We took a wonderful honeymoon in Cancun and now are focused on finding our next place that we will call home. Paul, we will be in touch as soon as I am in position to buy.
