Seller reviewPaul is smart, personable, and listens to you when you are worried, concerned, or just have a question. We talked to Paul regarding the asking price. We decided we trusted his knowledge and judgement as to what to ask. He was right. I'm glad we trusted him. Paul treated us as if we were his only clients. You know that's not the case, but we appreciated how quickly he answered our questions. Paul also helped us keep moving forward. We don't always check our email like we should, but he would nudge us along when there were documents to sign. I appreciated that! After dealing with Paul when buying our new home, and selling our old home, we are definitely looking forward to working with him when my mom's house is ready to put on the market. Selling and buying homes is not something we have done a lot of, and since we had lived in our old home over 30 years it was an emotional time. Paul was very sensitive to that, as was Chelsea. We both really appreciated that. What a roller coaster of emotions!
