Buyer reviewPaul Wolfert is Awesome! Being a First time homebuyer and not knowing much about purchasing a home, Paul went over and above to answer any and all my questions. He was always available and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Paul Wolfert to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Seller reviewPaul Wolfert was recommended to us from our family members that have used him. We were not disappointed when we decided to use him. He gave us information on how to stage the house for photos and had photographers there within days of us letting him know it was ready. Paul then advertised for a week and we generated a total of 58 showings within one weekend! Out of that we had 19 written offers with a few verbals as well with the top offer being $15K over asking. I did not expect to get that much interest on my property and was extremely impressed with Paul.

Paul listens carefully to your questions and gives you the info you need to make your decisions. It has been nice to work with Paul. We appreciate his expertise. We are now asking him to sell our house and in the future we will ask him to sell my mom's house. Chelsea was very kind and informative.

I have two small children and would often email/text him after 10 p.m.-he would always respond back to any request. He showed up on time to all showings and my closing. He also wore a mask every time I saw him, which was really important to me. I would highly recommend Paul to any seller or buyer. He's been such a delightful person to have on my team during this process!

Seller reviewFrom start to finish, this process was a pain free as it could've been. Paul was there for the entire process to answer any of my MANY questions, and did everything he could to keep us informed and as relaxed as possible. After only 2 days on the market, Paul was able to get us 10 offers OVER asking price on our home!!! In order to make our sell/buy process successful, we needed to be guaranteed a certain sale price on our home and Paul made sure to get that for us. Thanks to him, we are now in our BRAND NEW forever home!! Paul is the absolute BEST at what he does, and I'll recommend him forever to anyone who needs a professional, reliable and successful realtor.
