In 2022, I had 21 Listings and Sales with the highest price being $749,900. In 2021, I had under contract 32 listings and sales with the highest price being $895,000! A great real estate year again for sellers and buyers, and I can do the same for you! In 2020, my production was 45 transactions with $695,000 being the highest priced home. Even during covid-19! We rose above this safely! In 2019,I had 30 closed transactions with the highest priced home being $690,000. In 2018, I had 26 closed transactions with the highest priced home being $575,000. We were making a long distance move and were under pressure for a quick sale, but did not want to settle for a less than fair price. Paula Burton's attention to detail in the marketing plan for our home and advice on what needed to be done to achieve the results we were looking for were the key to our success. She was proactive in communicating with us and always kept us well informed. There were a few minor bumps in the road, but Paula worked through them with us.
The online advertising was excellent. Lots of pictures, good descriptions, etc. Paula also prepared a list of features/extras along with work recently done on the house for hand out during open houses and showings which really highlighted what our home had to offer.
Paula was always willing to do the little extras which really made the difference. There were some questions during the home inspection, and Paula brought someone she knew in to take a second look and get clarity. She was always available by phone and willing to stop by if we needed something or had questions. During contract negotiations, Paula was clearly concerned about our best interest and gave good advice and recommendations. In summary, Paula did an amazing job. We would not hesitate to recommend her services to family and friends.
