Seller reviewPaula was able to find us a reliable engineer and contractor to complete unexpected projects at property. Communication was of key importance to us since we live in another state. Even though we have never met Paula in person, we feel she made us an active and essential part of this relationship. COVID-19 threw a wrench in our sales plan along with unexpected issues. Our cabin sold quickly in respect to these circumstances. Paula was unable to attend closing for valid reasons. She had everything prepared for us and was well represented. Paula was a calming influence during a stressful time for us. Job well done.
