When my loan company told me they would be assigning someone that was familiar with the VA process and I would hear from them shortly, I received a text from Paula introducing herself within seconds of ending the phone call with the loan officer. From that moment Paula has been nothing less than professional and knowledgeable. Paula consistently made herself available whenever I inquired about a property.
