Seller reviewMy father's home was not easy to gather comps on in the Athens area. While it is a great house, it is old and needs updating. With 7 of the 9 "owners" living out of town, it was not easy to do repairs, or do much "getting ready to market". Paul was very honest with us from the beginning that there it might be hard to find the right person for the house. We had other offers, but I appreciate Paula's input each time we had an offer. While we were all ready to close on the house, she certainly did not rush us into taking the first contract we had and was very patient to find the right buyer for the house. I think the other 8 in the family will agree with me that we are all very pleased with the sale and also with Paula as our realtor.
