I have purchased several homes in the past and as simple as this sounds it is amazing how many agents either don't listen to your feedback and continue to show you houses that don't meet your criteria. Paulina also was instrumental in helping me find mortgage and title companies that she had worked with in the past making the entire process simple and easy.
