Seller reviewPaulina was very knowledgeable about the sales in our neighborhood, she had a clear plan to market our house and was very personable. She did a great job keeping us informed during the sales process and made it as stress-free as possible. Paulina is amazing and her advertising clearly outperformed other agents in my neighborhood. In this market I saw a lot houses with poor quality photos and a lack of advertising, agents seemed to be lazy in this sellers market. Not Paulina, she made sure our house looked like a showroom with some staging and amazing photos/videos. I truly believe this is why we received an offer 60k above asking! I talked to several agents before hiring Paulina, she was by far the most responsive, easy to get a hold of, and friendly realtor I spoke with.
