Buyer reviewMy husband and I are first time homebuyers and Payton made this process so easy and smooth! She went above and beyond to find houses that met our wants/needs. She was very proactive by sending us any listing she knew we would be interested in. She scheduled countless showing times whenever it worked best for us, even if that was minutes after finding the listing. She is very knowledgeable on todays market and was quick to answer any of our questions (and man did we have a lot). You just know she absolutely loves her job when you meet her. We highly recommend working with Payton in any home buying or selling process!

This was my first time working with a realtor to purchase a property. Payton was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. I started with minimal understanding when it comes to purchasing homes but after working with Payton I felt more confident with the decisions made for example, negotiating the price and earnest money. Payton was very attentive and on top of every step of the purchasing process. She always kept us looped in with the timeline of the purchasing process.
