Buyer reviewPayton was great from the beginning. We started the process without really knowing what we wanted. Payton ended up taking us to the house we ended up buying after viewing one we disliked, because she thought we'd like it... And she was 100% right. She was attentive throughout the process, and really wanted us to find a great home. Payton was extremely easy to communicate with, and made sure that we were on top of all things before we closed on the home. Would reccommend, and will reccommend to anyone in the area needing to buy or sell there home!

Buyer reviewPayton was the absolute BEST to work with. She was so knowledgeable and made sure we knew everything before putting in an offer. We never felt pressured to put in an offer on a house that wasn't perfect for us, nor did we ever feel like we were 'just another client' to her. Our buying journey had ups and downs but we never felt like Payton lost her patience or excitement with the setbacks. She made a point to show us the good, the bad, AND the ugly on every property. This made us absolutely confident that there was nothing being hidden from us. Having all of the facts was so important to us. We occassionally joked that Payton got her own vote in our home search process- if she had confidence in a property then we had confidence in a property. She made our first-time buying process so much easier and she really took off the weight of stress and worry. We don't plan to move from this dream home she helped us find, but if we did, I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
