I had originally contacted Person when I had first moved to the Cville area, refered to her by a friend of mine. Was trying to buy a house since I was living with friends, but lots of things changed over time, things got crazy with my job, but Pearl stuck with me for over 2 years until I was in a position to start confidently looking for my home. There is no one I could recommend more than this woman. She's so friendly and understanding, has the patience of an angel. She fights for you to get the best deal, and stands up for you when someone makes a mistake. Our home inspector messed up shortly before closing which made us delay our closing and Pearl was on it trying to get it corrected, and made sure we didn't have to pay for their mess up. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and grace during the entire process. Pearl is a QUEEN ? and I will be recommending her to anyone looking to buy a home.
