She was awesome, friendly, communicative, timely, and I can't say enough about out gouse hunting experience with her. We found a house with her help and since the experience was so great we definitely wanted to work with her on the sale of the house from which we wanted to move. I highly recommend her services.

Seller reviewI got hit with a short notice PCS overseas and needed to sell my house quick. Penny was always quick to respond to my messages and wtih any questions that I had. Within the first few days, Penny evaluated my home, gave me a checklist and pointers of things to do before putting it on the market and I believe made a world of difference. Once I had a buyer, Penny always kept me up to date on what to do next and what to expect. Even after I PCS'd and was still waiting to close, Penny never hesitated to reach out to me via email for any updates. Seller reviewI was told that she would be a good agent to deal with my farm property. This was all new to me so I really don't know what or to what extend she carried out any of the above items. All I know is that she put it out there and we got an offer right away. She was very good about explaining everything to me in the negotiating process which I really appreciated. She made the whole process of selling my farmstead a positive learning experience for me.

We had already moved out of the state when the house went on the market. Her and Kylee made the recommendations needed to prepare the house to be sold and even helped paint some of the rooms. Throughout the entire process, she continually stayed in contact with us regarding the status of our home. Penny went above and beyond, and exceeded all of our expectations, of which we are extremely grateful to her!!! I felt like Penny advertised our home well by using different types of media. Penny was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the buyer's agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. We felt like we got a fair price for our home and the closing was seamless. Penny demonstrated honesty, transparency, and integrity. She was personable, an excellent communicator, and detail oriented. We are beyond satisfied with Penny and the team at Century 21 We seriously can't express enough how wonderful Penny was to work with. She is truly amazing!
