Penny Brackett treats you as her only client and TRULY wants the best for you. She is honest, genuine, very knowledgeable, available, and friendly, and will get you your dream home. She will fight for you! We would recommend Penny in a heartbeat.

She was extremely timely and sent me "to-do" reminder; which was extremely helpful for my busy life. She was extremely friendly and professional with all potential buyers and their agents. She provide their feedback to me with a plan of action (if needed). Overall, I have bought two homes with Penny and sold one. She is an extremely trustworthy agent and will do anything it takes to get the job done!

Penny goes the extra mile for me and new acts put out, tired or in a hurry. She made me feel like I was her No. 1 client. She is always professional, never gossips which is important to me. She has been very considerate to my daughter and family. I think so much of Penny as a human being, a person and a friend.. I feel I contact her anytime and she will reply. Ms. Brackett is REAL. It starts with out must have and can live with items and then from there Penny was able to determine and show us the houses with the features we want. The details are super 9important and above all else Penny makes sure that you get into the house that is right. Cant't say enough good things about how on top of everything Penny was and she is hands down a top agent!
