She knew the area I wanted to be in and found many houses within my requirement. Every time we meet to look at places she always had a smile. I would and have recommended her to any one who will listen to me. Penny handled everything for me. As a result of the fire and losing everything, I wasn't and still not thinking very well and she stepped in and advised me with all my decisions. The only other thing I can add it that she has been awesome! All of the staff has been excellent to work with.
