Then he took care of scheduling showings and handling deposits after. Closing went very smooth without delays on his part. Second time dealing with Percy and will keep using him in the future! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional will recomend him every single time!

He made us feel like we were the only clients he had even though I know that not to be the case. I literally called him every single day and sometimes several times a day. He was always patient.
