Buyer reviewFrom the start Percy was very helpful and maintained a sense of humor. He guided me through all of the steps needed to purchase a new home. He set up a number of walk throughs. of different properties and he was very helpful about letting me know what the seller should be fixing before the sale. Percy was very helpful about setting up the escrow account and how I should wire the money for the closing....Making it very 1,2,3 A,B,C. Easy! I would recommend Percy because he took care of so many of the details.
