There is one main reason why we chose Pete to sell our house. I knew that I could trust him without a doubt. Our house was "Coming soon" online for 3 or 4 days. The first day of showings we had 15 showings and had 5 offers in hand with verbal commitment of another in the morning. Pete sold our house in one day. With two young kids and two dogs that is invaluable! Pete guided us through the entire process expertly. Pete's vast knowledge, experience, and wisdom were ever present throughout. It was a real treat having Pete as our advocate throughout the process of selling our house.
