At first I contacted Brookewood realty of Augusta, but they didn't really seem interested until I was pre-approved and they wanted me to work with a company I had only heard rotten things about. So I asked around and found 'the Mortgage Network' and skip trafton, he seemed nice and knowledgeable and after I got pre-approved for a loan he gave me a few names of people he works with often in realty and I chose to contact Pete, whom we/my wife and I were very comfortable with.
Pete was always on top of helping us find a home we love and Staying on top of the issues and always attentive right up to the closing day!
Pete was exactly what we were looking for even before we really knew 'what' we were looking for in a real estate agent. He was Honest and straight forward about the type of house we should be looking for and took the time out of a Saturday to show us what we should and shouldn't be looking for in a home. I would recommend Pete to anyone looking, whether it be first time or anytime for a new home. We both were very happy we chose pete!
