Buyer reviewWe had a challenging property to sell due to foundation issues, and needed someone well-versed in the region and market. I feared it would be an impossible sale due to the severity of the problem; Pete proved me wrong. Pete Gialamas was nothing short of phenomenal in every regard during the entire process. He was honest, straightforward, practical, professional and clearly possessed of an ironclad command of his trade. From staging to marketing to price negotiations, he was a master at it all. I couldn't believe we had sold, even as I was signing closing paperwork. The purchase of our next house was no different - he knew the questions to ask, the people to talk to and how to get answers from the seller without making us seem pushy or abrasive. Negotiations were a breeze and he was a class act throughout. Pete is, simply put, the perfect realtor. I can think of nothing negative to say about him, his professionalism, his demeanor or the process of selling and buying real estate with him. I would never consider any other realtor after having worked with him.
