He gave me valuable insight as to the status of current market conditions and suggested a valuation for my house based on my home's specific characteristics. He gave me brilliant advice when offers arrived. The sale completed in only a few days after it listed. The closing went well with no problems at all. I think Pete provided me with valuable services, and got me top dollar for my property with his marketing and experience. I strongly believe the commissions I paid were well earned. I would not be able to get anywhere near the sales price he obtained and I certainly would not have been able to get the sale completed for that amount in a few days time. I reccomend and suggest you use Pete to sell your home so you may get the same benefits and successful outcome I experienced.
