Pete is the best in the business. He is always there to give you advice and is very helpful in the process. He listens very well and understands your needs. He also tells it how it is and is as honest as a friend would be. I would and will use him again. I am also going to recommend him to everyone I meet. I had a very terrible situation come about where the buyers' loan fell through to purchase our home at the 12th hour. Pete was there the entire way trying to make the best of the situation and was diligent in relisting our home. Because of his efforts, we were able to sell our house again in less than two weeks. Pete is the perfect realtor. He does not try to sell you anything, he does not show you properties "slightly out of your price range", he is not pushy in any way. Pete has the experience and social skills to be able to answer any of your questions at any time, and will give you his personal recommendations when appropriate. Unlike many real estate shows you see on TV, Pete does not have that "used car salesmen" persona, he is a real person with a great amount of experience. Furthermore, Pete has a huge network of contacts for anything you may need whether it is an attorney, a contractor, a mortgage broker, inspector, or insurance agent, Pete knows them all and they all have a vast amount of experience combined with a great personality, and they are not the overpriced contractors giving Pete a kick-back for his referrals. Another advantage of working with Pete is that his wife is a mortgage broker for a large brokerage firm and like Pete she has a ton of experience, is highly responsive, and will get you the best rate, all while staying within your budget, as opposed to the traditional method of telling you what you are "approved for" which is generally much higher than what you can actually afford. I tell everyone I know about Pete and have successfully referred business to him which has lead to sales.
