With a career spanning decades, Pete Hall is a cornerstone of the Fort Mill real estate community. After proudly serving his country, including an extended tour in Vietnam, Pete transitioned into real estate, where he quickly established himself as a successful salesman. In 1977, Pete took the helm of CENTURY 21 First Choice, leading the company to become a trusted name in local real estate.
Pete’s leadership extends beyond his role as Broker-Owner. He’s a former President of the York County Association of REALTORS®, the Tega Cay Lions Club, and the Fort Mill Rotary Club. His service to the community has earned him numerous accolades, including REALTOR® of the Year, Rotarian of the Year, and Citizen of the Year.
Beyond real estate, Pete enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he's shooting sporting clays or relaxing with his wife, Linda, and their beloved golden retriever, Molly.
