Seller reviewThe sale of our childhood home was a potential real estate disaster. All three owners--my two brothers and I--live out of state (in MA, NH and TN). Our dear, 95 year-old mom had lived in the home for 60 years and had amassed a colossal amount of STUFF. Putting the property on the market was downright intimidating. Happily, my brothers knew Peter Leeds. What first impressed me with Leeds was his thorough, no-nonsense communication style. From his introductory email through every minute detail, the clarity and perception of his know-how shone through. But what brought tears to my eyes was his grass roots understanding and subsequent visualization of what a home like this might mean to buyers. And which my brothers and I had almost forgotten. Bottom line: the full listing went live on Friday, Leeds hosted an open house on Saturday, and by Sunday evening we had three offers. Less than two months from initial contact, we closed well above our list price.

Seller reviewI needed to sell my mom's house in Storrs while I lived out of state. After an initial in person meeting and walk through as I was getting the house emptied, Peter literally took care of everything for me that needed to be done to the house after I returned home. Not only did he do extensive research to appropriately price and market the house, but he met inspectors, friends, and junk removal people for me so I didn't have to make the 12 hour+ trip back and forth multiple times. He walked me through the process of selling and negotiating with care and professionalism, and we got a great price and a great deal on the house. 100% recommend!
