We were impressed how quickly our home was sold, especially since we are going through a Covid19 pandemic. Phil Cini is a very personable man. He is an excellent realtor. He knows Rochester Hills very well and priced our home at a competitive price. All the associates we dealt with during the closing were very helpful and kind. The closing went very smoothly and professionally. Phil was patient and kind. Selling a home can be stressful, but Phil put my husband and I at ease. I thought his sales strategy was very good. He priced our home on the high side and then gradually lowered the price to keep it competitive.

My previous agent was just going into retirement and I had thought about calling her since I was interested in the property. Once I met Phil and spoke with him, I let her retire in peace. I could tell he was a detail-oriented guy that also had my best interest in mind. I was very impressed with Phil's follow-up and always in a timely manner. He is always a call/txt away, even after the closing, which is so important when dealing with time sensitive matters. I felt like Phil truly had my best interest at heart and made sure I got the right home for the right price. 11/10 I would definitely recommend to family and friends!
