His communication skills were excellent and always made himself available to us. He was very aggressive, but skillful on his follow up with prospective buyers. Phil is a pro and we would recommend him to anybody we know who is selling their house in the area.

Seller reviewPhil came to us while we were interviewing other realtors to relist our home. We felt that his sales background, his record of results and his insight into our home and why it hadn't sold the first time around set him apart from the other realtors. He also had a keen understanding and grasp of the community and what prospective buyers would be looking for. With his help and suggestions we were able to make the necessary updates to the interior and exterior of our home. After it was relisted on a Thursday, we had multiple showings within a few days with multiple offers. Can't ask for anything better than that! Phil did a great job negotiating between buyers and getting us the best price for our home. Highly recommend Phil Cini.
