The sale occurred within the agency, but Phil did an excellent job with the dual agency aspects of the negotiations, and I think both sides received value as result of his efforts and those of the buyer's agent. Phil was timely and thorough in his communication with me and his follow up on progress toward closing of the sale. He impressed me as one who enjoys his work, and I appreciated his patience and clarity in responding to many questions I directed his way throughout the sale process. He consistently removed the headaches of tending to details involved in that process allowing me to focus attention on various aspects of readying the property for possession by the new owner. I highly commend him for his efforts, and I would recommend him and his office to others.
