Seller reviewI would highly recommend Phil Frye to anyone wanting an agent who is hardworking and gets the job done. The property first went on the market on a Thursday, had the first showing on Saturday and had an offer on Monday. I accepted the offer and we were on our way, closed in less than 6 weeks. I live out of state and never met Phil in person but he always kept me up to date on everything going on. My aunt had passed away and I was executor of her estate and Phil handled everything for me by email and by phone to get her house sold quickly. Seller reviewPhil Frye (and Frank Frye) were consummate professionals in their attention to all aspects of the sale of the property within their influence. The sale occurred within the agency, but Phil did an excellent job with the dual agency aspects of the negotiations, and I think both sides received value as result of his efforts and those of the buyer's agent. Phil was timely and thorough in his communication with me and his follow up on progress toward closing of the sale. He impressed me as one who enjoys his work, and I appreciated his patience and clarity in responding to many questions I directed his way throughout the sale process. He consistently removed the headaches of tending to details involved in that process allowing me to focus attention on various aspects of readying the property for possession by the new owner. I highly commend him for his efforts, and I would recommend him and his office to others.
