We needed an agent we could trust, who understood our needs and wants and could be our boots on the ground while we were 100 miles away. Phil Frye did just that. He is a nice guy, personable, very knowledgeable of Newark real estate and he worked hard to find us the right house in a very active sellers market. Phil is a very good agent backed by a strong staff and agents. We are very happy with our home purchase.

Seller reviewPhil Frye is a realtor who is knowledgeable about the area he serves and has excellent intuition about the needs of his clients. My husband and I had never sold a property before. When the process was finished, we agreed that we could not have been more fortunate in our choice of a realtor to guide us through the sale. We did interview three realtors before we chose Phil. They were all high quality and well-recommended. The decision was pure instinct based on Phil's interview. I trust our instincts even more than I did before I met Phil. Phil also was very helpful in assisting us to find the condo that we purchased before our house sold. If circumstances should ever require that we sell the condo, we would certainly rely on Phil again to manage the sale.
