He is a gentleman, and takes very good care of his clients throughout the complete process. In fact, working with Phil, you become more than a client, you become a partner in the sale of your property, and I'm sure it would be the same if you were purchasing property as well.

Seller reviewThis past summer, when elderly father became widowed and could no longer live on his own, I had to bring him back to live with us in eastern Maryland. Having been childhood friends with him, I knew that Phil was the only person I could trust to handle the sale of my childhood home with me living 8 hours away, and no real ties left to the area. He made the entire process as painless as possible and sold the house, which needs many updates and improvements, more quickly than I'd imagined. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Licking County, Ohio.
