He is always readily available to help me out, especially submitting offers on investment properties when time is of the essence! Phong is extremely organized and actually got some of my offers accepted because he was able to get all the necessary paperwork submitted correctly in one shot! On another positive note, he even helped me win some bids when I was up against multiple offers round due to some agents who had dealt with him before that was able to get my bid more advantage over some other bidders offers!
