Seller reviewSelling my Missouri home from Colorado was no easy task, but Rachel Benson made it happen. I had tenants who weren't paying rent and wouldn't move out on time, which threw off our summer listing plans. The house also needed cleaning and repairs, including cat damage and odor issues. Rachel handled everything with calm professionalism and care. She managed the tenant situation, coordinated repairs, and even helped get the house ready herself. With today's slower market and higher interest rates, pricing was tricky, but Rachel guided me through negotiations and helped us land a solid deal. Even from hundreds of miles away, I always felt informed and supported. Rachel went above and beyond every step of the way-I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Not only did she make sure that our needs of a property were met, she made sure that we were looking into other needs we hadn't considered as first time homebuyers. Rachael takes the time to explain every part of the process so that her buyers know exactly what they are getting into. Not only does she identify possible issues with a property, she has a wide variety of contacts that she shares as a solution. I would recommend Rachael to any and all people looking for a realtor.

Rachael is knowledgeable and so very helpful when it comes to buying/selling. She was able to answer to all of our questions, no matter how silly they seemed, and she was also available at all times of the day. We hope to never buy or sell again, BUT if we do, we will use her without a doubt. I cannot recommend Rachael enough!
