I hand picked Rachel off of a Facebook post I made. I looked her up and she also messaged me with general information to help which made me choose her. After meeting her, I really loved her personality and felt like it clicked well with mine. We had an offer on our home within 9 days and we accepted. I know this was all due to her marketing strategies. I needed to sell quickly due to a new job in Colorado and she and I worked quickly together to make it happen. We didn't get as much $ out of the sale as we would've hoped but it was on par with her estimate. She did her best to explain things to us and had to deal with my grumpy husband from time to time due to the buyers not being very flexible with certain things.
