I would say he views each real estate event as a business transaction--this can be advantageous for a person who also sees real estate in the same manner. We stuck with him and found our stride; we were looking for a home, not just a house. And he helped us secure our home. He has checked in with us a few times and stopped by our home to see the changes we've made. It has been an appreciated connection.
