My name is Ray Aviles. I was born in Hoboken, New Jersey. Married to my beautiful wife; Stephany and father of 2 awesome kids; Ryan and Selena. I'm a seasoned Professional in the real estate industry based in Orlando, Florida. My passion for helping people began early on. By the age of 22, I began my career as a Mortgage loan officer for Staten Island Bank. Over two decades, I garnered extensive hands-on expertise in the real estate and mortgage banking industries. When I wasn't helping clients acquire a mortgage, I was ensuring the deals were closing. I was also a Title producer agent for Horizon Title Insurance.
In 2002, I decided to place my fast-growing successful career on hold and chose to help people in a different way. On August 22, 2002, I enrolled in the United States Armed Forces and served as a Finance Officer in the Army National Guard for over 20 years. My well-rounded experience in both the real estate industry and military career, allows me to pride myself on bringing a more advice-giving approach for buyers and sellers. I have combined my Army values of Honor, Duty, Selfless Service, and Loyalty to provide my clients with unsurpassed customer service while making a giant footprint in the Orlando Real Estate market. My strong business vision allows me to build and maintain lifelong relationships which explains why my business continues to grow.
